We want you to love your BootBuddy® purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your new boots aren't a perfect fit, we are here to help you find the right pair or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your original shipping box.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized courier drop-off location; ensure the boots are clean and include all original tags.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
